I need a link to the manual for the following - in English please

My mum has a house in France and has just had a Thermor Code : 271009 / 271047

I can't find the manual on line, can you please send me a link?

I am buying a thermor équateur 3 2000W radiator please can you send me an English manual, also do you need to purchase anything else to be able to programme on your smart phone?
