I have recently moved into a house with a Genius FP heated towel rail installed. I cannot seem to get instructions downloaded, possibly because the model was installed 5-10 years ago. Can I get operating instructions downloaded ?

  The numbers on the back of the control unit are as follows Genius FP, COD 73520421, IP 44, does the look correct?
