MALICIO 2 WATER HEATERS No light during day time

Hello,

I recently have the plumber install the Thermor Malicio without that knob.

I noticed that the hot water does not reach the afternoon to evening. I cannot see any horizontal light lit and does not respond when I press any on the touch screen. By lat night it turns on and able to function, is there a way to manually operate it when the hot water runs out?
