Error : "An account is already registered for this bridge."

Hello,
I took over my apartment from the previous tenant (I'm the owner). While setting up the Cozytouch app I came across this error message : "An account is already registered for this bridge". I try to reset the bridge twice but it wouldn't let me take over since the tenant has it registered already. Is there a way I can claim back my bridge please ?
