Evidence not working properly

Hello, I have an evidence manual converter. The problem is that it always heats the room at different temperatures even though the levels set are the same. For example, at mode comfort(sun), when I set it at 5, sometimes the room is at 20degrees, sometimes at 25. And also when I move the controller only 1 small grade/bar(let's say towards 4), it goes down sharply to 18 degrees It is valid for other levels too. It's very unpredictable. I am having big troubles especially after out baby arrived. Could you please help me!!! Thanks
